If you are struggling with your little one’s sleep, then you are in the right place. We have been in your shoes and know how hard it is to function on very little sleep. It can be incredibly tough on everyone which is why our goal is to provide you with that helping hand to more sleep for your family.
Sleep can be a delicate subject, particularly surrounding all the conflicting advice regarding babies that don’t settle easily. By incorporating your family’s dynamics, parenting style and baby’s individual personality we tailor your baby sleep consultancy package to your needs.
Our unique approach to sleep coaching is gentle and tailored to the needs of your individual baby and family. We look at sleep holistically, we consider the big picture by looking at the whole family considering the physical, emotional, mental, and external factors to sleep. Ultimately your attachment to your little one is at the very centre which is why we have crafted the calm, connect and care approach within our sleep support.

I am Claire, mum to my 5 boys and grandmother to 2! I am also a Holistic sleep coach and Parent & Baby Wellbeing Expert. I have worked with families for the past 18 years in many roles as a nursery nurse, maternity nurse and childminder before setting up my own parent and baby hub and consultancy business.
I have a real passion and affinity in supporting highly sensitive babies and families, I am a highly sensitive person myself and so too are my own boys. Becoming a parent is very overwhelming and more so as a highly sensitive person, with this in mind I have adopted my techniques to create sensitive sleep solutions for our sensitive souls.
As a first time Mum you helped me to understand that my son’s sleep was completely normal and come up with ways of looking after myself to survive the newborn period. I really needed that support and it was nice to be able to speak to you after our sessions too for reassurance. It made me much better equipped when dealing with the sleepless nights and whilst it was still tough it was important for me to not resort to sleep training methods. In the end I am so proud that I survived the first year and my son was always responded to when he needed me. He eventually started to sleep through the night without me feeling the need to leave him to cry or assume he could learn to “self-settle” which I think is a huge achievement in a culture that is obsessed with making infants sleep (unnaturally) like adults.
