I strongly believe that every woman & parent should have the information, and be supported in their decisions, to experience birth and parenthood in a way that they choose. My mission is to support women & families, based on their personal circumstance, and advocate their individual decisions on what they feel is best for them.

Week 2 – Infant Feeding

Whether you’re breastfeeding, formula feeding, combi feeding or pumping… We’ll take a deep dive into how to navigate all the conflicting advice & ensure you feel supported on this journey

Week 3 – Maternal Mental Health

Anxiety is at an all time high & the impact of this on you & your little ones is far reaching; using an holistic approach we share powerful DIY tips & tools for you to heal & thrive in modern-day parenting

Week 4 – Your Core & Pelvic Floor

Learn about common issues such as a tummy muscle gap, perineal healing, scar massage, pelvic floor strengthening, preventing leaks, returning to exercise and intimacy in your relationship

Week 5 – Making Sense of Motherhood

An in-depth discussion of what Matrescence is:  the physical, emotional, hormonal and social transition to becoming a mother

Week 6 – Just for Today

Introducing the 5 Reiki precepts as a compass to caring for your little one.  The calm & confidence this can add to our everyday parenting is pure gold

What if I need more help?

 Should you feel that you need more help, we will absolutely sign-post you to further support or alternatively you have the option of booking further personalised 1:1 support at a time that suits you.

How much will we cover in the programme?

Over the 6-week programme, there are 5 modules to cover.  There will be plenty of time to socialise with other parents due as a similar time to you.
